Life is a short trip, enjoy it.
本來我想譯成「人生苦短，及時行樂」，雖然這樣漢語是精簡很多，但意思跟英語有差（這圖其實是看到一張網路長輩圖啟發的作品）。
這句說話讓我想起少女時看過科普著作Cosmos/Pale Blue Dot的作者，天文學家/天體物理學家/宇宙學家Carl Sagen說的一番話：
“….and, if you look at it, you see a dot. That’s here. That’s home. That’s us. On it, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever lived, lived out their lives. The aggregate of all our joys and sufferings, thousands of confident religions, ideologies and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilizations, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every hopeful child, every mother and father, every inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every superstar, every supreme leader, every saint and sinner in the history of our species, lived there on a mote of dust, suspended in a sunbeam. The earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena….”
人來到這個世界，經歷各種喜怒哀樂，煩惱著眼前的事物，憎恨著或深愛著某些事物或人，想留名千古、想變成大富翁、或是自我微不足道…然而相比起整個宇宙，我們實在很渺小，我們存在的時間也真的短得可憐。
有很多事情讓我們身心疲累、一時間無法處理，但眼前的事無論以怎樣的方式完結，也會有過去的時候；所以我還是把原句譯成『人生是個短暫的旅程，享受這時光吧。』
如果沒有活過就不明白那些情感，所以活在人世會得到「經驗」，因此有些宗教修行者會形容人生是所大學院，大家都是來修行。輕鬆一點可說是旅行，我個人覺得旅行最重要是經歷、親眼看到和感受到一些事情，旅途中遇上的人和事，想回來人生是一個很多旅程加起來的旅程。
